3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. Accordingly, the order passed in C.M.P(MD) No.10341 of 2024 in C.M.A.(MD) SR.No.25019 of 2023, dated 08.10.2025 is hereby set aside and the petition in C.M.P(MD) No.10341 of 2024 in C.M.A.(MD) SR.No.25019 of 2023 is restored on file.
