ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent herein, under which, the petitioner's Textile was directed to pay a sum of Rs.78,34,440/- towards infrastructure and amenity charges.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner's Textile Mill has been closed and they are no longer interested in prosecuting the above writ petition. The said fact is recorded. The Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
