Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.MAHENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.S.MANJUNATH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3004 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.198 of 2019, dated 29.03.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.3004 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.198 of 2019, dated 29.03.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.M.P(MD) No.3004 of 2019 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.198 of 2019, dated 29.03.2019 is relaxed in toto.
