RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD) No.1099 of 2021 IN CRL A(MD) No.75 of 2020: Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1335/2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.75/2020 dated 21.02.2020. PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD) No.1335 of 2020 IN CRL A(MD) No.75 of 2020: To suspend the sentence passed in S.S.C.No. 54 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichy for offence under Section 4 of POCSO Act 2012 pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.
PRAYER IN CRL A(MD) No.75 of 2020:
To set aside the judgment and conviction dated 12.12.2019 in S.S.C.No.54 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Trichirappalli, allow the appeal and acquit the appellant.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.JAYARAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1335 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.75 of 2020 dated 21.02.2020.

CRL MP(MD) No.1099 of 2021 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted suspension of sentence to the petitioner on 21.02.2020, directing the petitioner to appear before the Court daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 05.00 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1335 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD) No.75 of 2020 dated 21.02.2020. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.
