ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 27.10.2017. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that seventy nine persons have obtained loan from the petitioner's bank by saying that they are farmers and also raised sugarcane, but, subsequently, they have not repaid the amount and hence a complaint has been lodged before the second respondent on 27.10.2017, but, so far no action has been taken. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the complaint has been closed, after enquiry, as it is civil in nature.
4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy, which is available under the law. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(AS) /True Copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Trichy.
