ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.120 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.07.2015, the de-facto complainant parked his two wheeler in front of the petitioner's house and thereafter, the same was stolen by the petitioner.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side)would submit that the petitioner has no bad antecedent.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the following conditions.
