ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 08.01.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is working as driver in the proposed accused persons company and he is having two vans and the proposed accused persons compelled the petitioner to transfer those vehicles in favor of them, against that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 08.01.2018, but, so for no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that enquiry is pending.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.
