The Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.1036 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent. 2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that pending the criminal original petition, the investigation is completed and the final report is filed and taken on file as S.T.C.No.375 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur.
