ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.43 of 2012, pending on the file of the second respondent police, within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, on 03.08.2020 and it was not taken on file sofar. 4.The entire CD file was perused and it shows that even though, final report has been filed before the concerned Court, subsequent diary is not maintained.

5.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, is directed to complete the trial process within a time stipulated as per rules. After completing the process, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
