3. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.788 of 2022, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sattur, four witnesses already examined and the case is posted to 24.04.2023.

4. In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
