The petitioners who are arrayed as Respondents 8 and 9 to seek quashing of the proceedings in Crl.M.P.Nos.3090 and 3091 of 2015 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would suffice if the personal appearance of the petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with. 4.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) Nos.1 and 2 2015 are closed. However, all the issues are left open to be raised before the Court below.
