ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time" and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 24.01.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi in D.No.501/2023 dated 19.04.2023, seeking further extension of two months time for disposal of the case in Spl.S.C.No.129/2019 on the file of the Special Court for exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi,this Court made the following order:- This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time', to dispose of the case in Special SC No.129 of 2019 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi.

2.By order, dated 24/01/2023, this court directed the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, in CC No.129 of 2019, pending on its file, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now, the learned Judge seeks further time to dispose of the above said case.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1230 of 2023 Thoothukudi, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted. The learned Special Judge, Thoothukudi is directed to comply with the directions of this court without any further delay.
