ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed to declare that the election held on 16.04.2013 for the post of President of a Co-operative Credit Society as null and void and for a mandamus to conduct a fresh election. Since the tenure of the elected President has expired, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequentluy, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
