PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the amendment report filed by the second respondent police and further investigate the case in S.T.C.No.260 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the amendment report filed by the second respondent police and further investigate the case in S.T.C.No.260 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, Pudukkottai District.

that the petition mentioned case was disposed, in which, the respondents 3 to 6 / accused 1 to 4 were convicted. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Criminal Original Petition has become infructuous.
