PETITION FOR EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To extend the time to execute the sureties granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.M.P(MD).No.4462/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3706/2019 dated 30/04/2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the sureties granted by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P(MD) No. 4462 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.3706 of 2019 dated 30.04.2019.

2. This Court while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P (MD) No.3706 of 2019, has observed that the petitioners have come forward to deposit a sum of Rs.15,81,550/-(Rupees Fifteen lakhs eighty one thousand and Five hundred and fifty only) to the credit of the crime number without prejudice to their rights and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

contentions.

3. It is now contended by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they are unable to mobilise the said amount and hence they are unable to execute sureties before the concerned court. Hence he requested this Court to extend the time limit to execute the sureties.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that this Court had already extended two weeks time to execute sureties and also considering the fact that the petitions filed by the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD) Nos.5284 and 5285 of 2019 to modify the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.15,81,850/- have been dismissed by this Court, this petition is also dismissed.
