RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 874 days in filing the above WA(MD) SR.No.53844 of 2015 against the order dated 16.04.2013 made in WP (MD)No.4732/2013.

PRAYER IN WP(MD)NO.4732/2013:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/11666/2012 dated 18.02.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Grade - II Police constable within a reasonable time.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VR.SHANMUGANATHAN, Special Government Pleader for the Petitioner and of M/S.A.RAJARAM, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:-

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ This Petition seeking to condone the delay of 874 days in filing the appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition

that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioners within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
