RESPONDENT/PETITIONER Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 874 days in filing the above WA(MD) SR.No.53852 of 2015 against the Order dated 16.04.2013 made in WP (MD)No.5581 of 2013 .

PRAYER IN WP(MD)NO.5581 OF 2013:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Na.Ka.No.A2/11666/2012 dated 18.02.2013 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Grade - II Police Constable - 2012 on the basis of the selection made pursuant to the notification issued by the 1st respondet in Advertisement No.112 in the year 2012.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VR.SHANMUGANATHAN, Special Government Pleader for the Petitioner and of M/S.A.RAJARAM, Advocate on behalf of the Sole Respondent the Court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J) This Petition seeking to condone the delay of 874 days in filing the appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioners shall pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioners within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
