ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the third respondent and his henchmen.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents 1 and 2 and on that basis, the second respondent has issued summons to the petitioner and the third respondent, but the petitioner has not turned up.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.
4. Recording the submission made on either sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such appearance, 2/4
the second respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner and take action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
