PRAYER IN WP(MD)NO.4733 OF 2013:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A2/11666/2012 dated 18.02.2013 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Grade - II Police constable within a reasonable time.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VR.SHANMUGANATHAN, Special Government Pleader and of M/S.A.RAJARAM, Advocate for the Respondent the Court made the following order:-

It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioners within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
