PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD).NO.6239/2019 vide order dated 15/05/2019 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai, Dindigul District.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6239 of 2019, dated 15/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they could not arrange sureties, they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week finally from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance. sd/- 18/06/2019 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
