ORDER

This writ petition has been filed as against the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 05.03.2013, suspending the petitioner Sangam on certain allegations.

2. This Court, while entertaining this writ petition on 30.04.2013, granted an order of interim stay and therefore, the petitioner Sangam was permitted to function for the past 10 years.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that it is only a temporary suspension order, based on the wrong entries made by the petitioner Sangam and pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the petitioner Sangam has been permitted to function and now, they have received E-form for renewal of the petitioner Sangam.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
