This quash petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.360 of 2015 dated 25.06.2015 on the file of the respondent NO.1 Police Station, Offences under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act, 2002 and quash the same. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that after completion of investigation, the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), since the prayer sought for by the petitioners has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2015 is closed.
