PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To modify the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6236/2019 dated 15.05.2019 to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai to accept the common sureties for all the petitioners.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.6236/2019 dated 15.05.2019 to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai to accept common sureties for all the petitioners.

2. According to the petitioners, the first petitioner is an Engineering graduate, now doing his business, the second petitioner is a retired teacher , the third petitioner is working in the Statistics Department, the fourth petitioner is working in the town panchayat, fifth petitioner is an Assistant Agricultural Officer. So,there will not be any difficulty for them to arrange the sureties. Hence, this Court does not find any merit in this petition.

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
