ORDER

The present revision has been filed by the respondents in A.S.No.30 of 2019 on the file of the Sub Court, Palani, seeking a direction to expedite the disposal of the appeal.

2.A perusal of 'B' diary extract reveal that initially on 24.02.2023 after completion of the arguments, it was adjourned for delivering judgment. Due to transfer of the Judicial Officer, it was reopened. After hearing the arguments, again orders were reserved on 21.07.2023 to deliver the judgment on 18.08.2023. Thereafter, the learned Judge has suo motu reopened the appeal for clarification.

3.Pending clarification petition, the respondents in the appeal have filed an application to recognise their power agent. The said application was allowed. The appellant has to carry out the amendments in the memorandum of appeal. For the said purpose, the appeal is being adjourned from time to time. 4.Considering the above said facts, the learned Subordinate Judge, Palani, Camp at Kodaikanal, is directed to dispose of A.S.No.30 of 2019 on or before 30.04.2025.

5.With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
