ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.24.08.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Pudukkottai, in D.No.455/2022 dated 14.03.2022 and this Court made the following order:- The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Pudukkottai, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.58 of 2019, which was re-numbered as S.C.No.62 of 2021 and S.C.No.83 of 2017 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.08.2021.

3. The reasons stated in the letter dated 14.03.2022 is accepted and a further period of six months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
