ORDER

The petitioner made a complaint before the first respondent on 14.12.2017 to direct the second respondent to take action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 20.08.2013. Since, there is no action, this Criminal Original Petition is filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 20.08.2013 was closed as mistake of fact. He has also produced a copy of the closure report dated 19.11.2013.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the closure report dated 19.11.2013 to the petitioner, if not already furnished.
