Prayer: To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent herein through in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 4/2025/A1 dt. 25.07.2025 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondent herein to permit the petitioner to performance of pooja to the "Sri Arulmigu Mariamman Temple and Arulmigu Bagavathiamman Temple and Arulmigu Murugan Temple" which are situated Servaikaranpattai, Kottantham Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk,
ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 25.07.2025 and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to permit the petitioner to perform pooja to the "Sri Arulmigu Mariamman Temple and Arulmigu Bagavathiamman Temple and Arulmigu Murugan Temple" which are situated Servaikaranpattai, Kottantham Village, Gujiliamparai Taluk, Dindigul District.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that a Peace Committee Meeting had already been conducted on 25.07.2025 and an order had been passed. On perusal of the same, it was found that the petitioner's name was not mentioned in either the 'A' party or the 'B' party. Therefore, the petitioner's valuable right is being affected.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the 3rd respondent/Tahsildar is directed to conduct another Peace Committee Meeting and pass an appropriate order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival parties.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.01.2026 KSA To
