Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1062 of 2021 submitted by the petitioner was enquired and closed in CSR No.8 of 2021, dated 21.01.2021.It is also his contention that the petitioner was advised to measure his property through a Taluk Surveyor before fencing the same and that this was accepted by the pettioner. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
