For R2 :M/s.R.Manickaraj, Crl.oP.No.14141/15 For R2 : Mr.M.Jagadeesh Pandian crl.OP.No.14155/15 For R2 : Mr.R.Malaichamy crl.oP.No.14270/15 C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions are filed to call for the records pertaining to the case registered in Crime Nos.141, 143 and 144 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. The issues involved in all the cases are one and the same and hence, they have been taken up together and dispose of by common order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14141 of 2015 is arrayed as accused for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 419, 471, 468 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.141 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14155 of 2015 are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 406, 468, 120(B) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.144 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.14270 of 2015 is arrayed as accused for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 406, 419, 468, 471 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.143 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

When the matters are taken up for hearing, a compromise memo dated 23.07.2015 has been filed separately in all the three cases duly signed by both parties stating that the dispute between the parties has been resolved amicably and hence, the proceedings may be quashed. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the similar complaints have also been quashed, based upon the compromise memo has been filed. The parties are present before this Court and they have also reiterated the same.

5. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and the learned counsel for the respondents.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the compromise memo, this Court is of the view that these are the fit cases to quash the F.I.R. in Crime Nos.141, 143 and 144 of 2015 pending on the file of the first respondent. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the case in Crime Nos.141, 143 and 144 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police are hereby quashed.
