ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action as against the 5th respondent, by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2025 within a time frame as fixed by court.

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
