ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the first respondent to withdraw the investigation pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.410 of 2015 and to entrust the same for investigation to any other competent officer within the control to the first respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai and the same is not taken on file.
