Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to withdraw the C.C.274 of 2018, (Old CC.No.405 of 2011) on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Padmanabhapuram, Kanyakumari District and transfer the same to be tried along with C.C.No.68 OF 2011 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Dindigul.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.Ganesh Babu, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. C.Jeganathan, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to set aside the order, dated 14.12.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.14352 of 2020, which was dismissed for non prosecution and restore the same.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

4. In view of same, this petition is allowed and the Crl.O.P(MD).No.14352 of 2020, is restored to file.
