This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 11.07.2014 and investigate the case, in accordance with law.
2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 11.07.2014, the 2nd respondent registered FIR in Crime No.504 of 2015.
