ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.07.2015 and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner has sent complaint only to the respondents 1 to 3.

4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the fourth

respondent police on 05.08.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. Thereafter, the fourth respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the said complaint and complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks.
