The present writ petition has been filed challenging the communication sent by the first respondent herein to the second respondent requesting him to issue "No Objection Certificate" for registering the lands said to be belonging to Arul Mighu Karunellinathaswamy Temple, Thiruthangal, Sivagangai Taluk.

2. According to the learned counsel for the fourth respondent herein, the third respondent offered to sell the property and a document was presented before the first respondent herein. However, when he came to 2/4

know that there is a dispute with regard to the title of the property, he had approached the first respondent to cancel the pending document and got back the Stamp Duty and the registration charges paid already. Since, the purchaser himself has decided not to proceed with the sale, no further orders are required in the present Writ Petition.
