PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the order passed in O.Mu.S.2/4745/13 dated 29.03.2013 by the respondent and to direct the respondent to measure the property, as per the petitioner's sale deed dated 13.05.2011 and issue Patta. ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to quash the order passed in O.Mu.S.2/4745/13 dated 29.03.2013, by the respondent and to direct the respondent to measure the property, as per the petitioner's sale deed dated 13.05.2011 and issue Patta.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petition mentioned property has already been purchased by some other third party and that therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
