ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner wants TANGEDCO to provide electricity service connection to the petition mentioned house. That is the subject matter of civil suit between the petitioner and the second respondent. 3.The first respondent is directed to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible subject to fulfilment of the usual formalities. I make it clear that the outcome of this writ petition will not have any bearing on the pending civil suit. The petitioner also undertakes before this Court that she will not mark the order of this Court made in this writ petition or the order to be passed by the first respondent granting electricity service connection to the petition mentioned house in the pending suit.

3.Recording the said undertaking, this writ petition is allowed. No costs.
