This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.12.2024 against the notification of 2nd respondent dated 19.11.2024 in respect of lands in Survey Number 5, Ramankulam Village, Papanodai Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents against the notification dated 19.11.2024. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondent, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be 2/4

considered by the 2nd respondent within a period of twelve weeks.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.12.2024 by conducting enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if there are any rival claims, the said issues shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil court. There shall be no order as to costs.
