ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(i) I.P.C, in Crime No.9 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant loved each other. The petitioner has sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant, after giving a false promise that he would marry her. Thereafter, the petitioner married with another lady. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. He did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner.

4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5.Taking note of the serious allegation made as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
