PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.3417/2019 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22874/2018 on 11/04/2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.M.P.(MD).No.3417 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.22874 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL.M.P.(MD).No.3417 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.22874 of 2018 dated 11/04/2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in CRL.M.P.(MD).No.3417 of 2019 in CRL OP(MD) No.22874 of 2018 dated 11/04/2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
