(Crime No.97 of 2012) ..Respondents PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction directing the respondent No.2 to withdraw the case in Crime No.97 of 2012 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. on the file of the respondent No.4 dated 13.04.2012 and entrust the same to respondent No.3 for an investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This petition is filed for direction, directing the respondent No.2 to withdraw the case in Crime No.97 of 2012 under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Section 174 of Cr.P.C. on the file of the respondent No.4 dated 13.04.2012 and entrust the same to respondent No.3 for an investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the case in crime No.97 of 2012 on the file of the second respondent has been closed as Action Dropped on 03.04.2015. 3.Recording the said submission, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
