W.P.(MD)No.7629/2013 pendency of the Writ Petition, the writ petitioner himself had given a consent to post her as B.T. Assistant (Tamil) on 24.07.2017. Pursuant to the consent provided by the writ petitioner, he was posted as B.T. Assistant (Tamil) with effect from 04.08.2017.

2.This being the factum, the grounds raised in the present Writ Petition deserve no merit consideration. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
