2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the case has been transferred to the District Crime Branch, Madurai and the prayer sought for in this petition already complied with, which is pending before the second respondent and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
