O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY, J.] Pursuant to the order, dated 22.3.2021, the second respondent secured the custody of the detenue by name, T.Swetha, aged 17 years. The detenue was produced before this Court through video-conferencing and her parents namely, Mr.Tamilarasan and her mother Mrs.Latha along with the Petitioner/T.Suji, who is the sister of the detenue, were present. When this Court enquired the detenue T.Swetha, she has submitted that she is willing to go with her parents. The detenue's parents were also willing to take her to their house.

H.C.P.(MD) No.126 of 2021 2.The statements made by the detenue, her parents and sister are recorded. The respondents/Police is directed to hand over the custody of the minor T.Swetha to her parents namely, Mr.Tamilarasan and Mrs.Latha, forthwith. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
