ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to take appropriate action upon the petitioner's complaint dated 26.11.2024.

2. The petitioner has sent representations to the respondents on 26.11.2024, since no action has been taken the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry is pending in CSR No.953 of 2024.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent along with supporting document and thereafter the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner along with the rival parties and conclude the same within a period of two months from the date or receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
