ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to investigate the FIR dated 02.01.2015 in Crime No.1 of 2015 with an expert in the field of Auditing especially in Company Law and thereafter file charge sheet within the stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.It appears that the allegation is with reference to the affairs of the company. Therefore, it would be better if the respondent concerned namely the fourth respondent consults an expert in the field and thereafter file a charge sheet. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the

observation that the respondent NO. 4 shall consult an expert in Auditing as well as Company law before proceeding to file final report.
