This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14-A(2) of the Schedule Caste and the Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Sessions Court (Fast Track Mahila Court) Ramanathapuram in Crl .M.P. NO.831 of 2021 dated 13/09/2021 and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with in Crime No.7 of 2021 on the file of the Second Respondent Police.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. K.P. Narayanakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K. Sanjay Gandhi, Government Advocate for the 1st and 2nd respondents this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by 1/3
this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.467 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner on 22.11.2021, directing the petitioner to appear before the Karur Town Police Station daily twice at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m. It is stated that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and prayed the petition to be allowed.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent admitted that the petitioner is complying the condition till now. 4.In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.467 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is partly allowed and the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned trial Court once in fort night I.e.
