Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take appropriate action against the illegally run Cottages and Guest houses within the limits of respondents 2 and 3 under relevant law by closing down such lodging houses and by initiating appropriate action including a criminal prosecution against the owners of the illegal Cottages and Guest houses, within a time frame as fixed by this Honble Court, based on representation of the petitioner, dated 07.04.2013.
