ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent that not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that there is no such harassment made by the respondent police.

4. In view of the said statement, it is ordered that the petitioner shall not be harassed. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
