ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that the third respondent lodged a complaint with the second respondent and it was registered in Current Petition No.G7/ 4180/ SPTEN/ GDP/2020. Subsequently, an enquiry was conducted and closed on merits.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
